The Dr. Haendiges Medical Center Eagles are one of eight teams playing in the Kokomo Police Athletic League (PAL) flag football league. The team consists of 25 players, mostly from the southside of Kokomo, ranging in age from five to eight years old. Flag football is used as an introduction to football with the Eagles feeding into a junior tackle team from the same area then eventually to a senior tackle team. The Eagles play on Saturdays at the PAL Field and are coached by Mike Geiselman (head coach), Kurt Reed, Matt Snyder, Anthony Lenior and Gary Mendenhall.
